HOW DO I BECOME A CUSTOMER?
If you are already PMC Hydraulics customer, please contact us and we will give you an access to our web shop. If you are not a customer yet, please contact us how to become one.
Please note that webshop is open for Finnish customers only. We will open shops for other countries in near future, stay tuned!

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
You can log into your account to see the order status. As soon as the order ships, we will send you the tracking number.
WHO SHOULD I CONTACT FOR QUESTIONS ABOUT MY ORDER?

LIMITED AMOUNT IN STOCK - WHAT IT MEANS?
In some items, stock situation says "Limited amount in stock" instead of exact amount of products in stock. That means we have some items in stock but we can't guarantee the next day delivery of these products. After ordering product that says "Limited amount in stock", you can check the exact delivery date from "My account -> My orders" on the top right corner. HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO SHIP MY ORDER?
Typically our customers have their own scheduled delivery calendar and we always aim to ship the ordered products as soon as possible.
FROM WHERE I CAN FIND MY OLD ORDERS AND INVOICES?
Please log in your account from top right corner and go to My account. You can see your old orders, invoices, company details etc.
I CAN'T FIND THE PRODUCT I'M LOOKING FOR?
We have over 50 000 products in our range and keep adding them to our web store. If you cant find some product in our web store, please contact us and we will find the correct product for you.
A PRODUCT PICTURE DOESN'T LOOK EXACTLY THE SAME AS THE ACTUAL PRODUCT?
With some brands (ie. Casappa & Walvoil) we have used general pictures as the specific picture of a product is not available. We will continuously work with product pictures and add new better ones. If you are in doubt when choosing a product, please check the product name, that defines the product, not picture. If you have questions about products, please contact us and we will help you to choose correct product. Sorry for the inconvenience.
