Warehouse Assistant

As a result of our expansion, PMC Hydraulics, India, is looking for experienced Warehouse Assistant to join our operations in Bangalore. 

Key Responsibilities

We are seeking a motivated, dependable and eager-to-learn Warehouse Assistant to our team. The Warehouse Assistant is responsible for processing, organizing and storing inventory in our facility.
You close together and with the general supervision of the responsible Manager.
The successful applicant will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following duties:

-    Receive and upload incoming material in ERP.
-    Issue Raw Material and Components based on Production Orders generated by ERP.
-    Transport material within the facility; warehouse to sub-contractors, assembly and production.  
-    Maintain timely and accurate inventory records.
-    Organize the warehouse to maintain cleanliness and operational efficiency.  
-    Assist co-ordinate product rejections/returns.
-    Assist with packaging and preparing orders for shipment.  
-    Be an effective team member, working with supervisor and colleagues to ensure smooth workflow with maximum output.

Requirements

In order to be successful in the application process, candidates must meet the following requirements: 
-    Minimum degree as B.Com, B.B.A 
-    Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role within Manufacturing Industry
-    Good verbal and written communication skills
-    Strong problem-solving skills and logical approach
-    Structured with ability to plan and prioritise activities to achieve goals
-    Computer skills; MS Office and with experience of ERP system
