PMC Hydraulics expands to global growth in Estonia

Thursday, March 5, 2020
PMC Hydraulics will meet the growing market demands in Estonia and globally by replacing its current production facilities with a completely new factory building. When finished, the new facility will take the assembly and testing of hydraulic power units in Estonia into new heights.

The new factory is constructed to meet the needs for modern machining, assembly and testing of the high-quality hydraulic systems. When completed in March 2020, the new building will notably increase the size of the PMC Hydraulics production facilities in Estonia.

Located in Tallinn, within excellent connections to Finland and Europe, PMC Hydraulics is ready to expand for a market growth in the Baltics and worldwide. The new 1400 square meter factory allows for enhanced storage, assembly and testing capabilities. At the same time, it improves the in-house logistics.

“As a result, we can provide our customers with a wider choice of bigger hydraulic power units than ever before. With the help of our brand-new bridge crane, we will take these units into completely new heights,” says Ain Ollisaar, Managing Director of PMC Hydraulics in Estonia. “Another value-adding benefit is the new and bigger testing area equipped with top-notch technology,” he continues.

Last but not least, the new and larger factory enables us to recruit more expert resources. “We need more professional employees to meet the growing customer expectations. The modern and well-equipped facilities will promise an inspiring and motivating working environment for the top experts in hydraulics. For them, PMC Hydraulics as the Nordic leader in its field, can open many great career opportunities,” Ain Ollisaar concludes.
