Production Engineer

As a result of our expansion, PMC Hydraulics, India, is looking for experienced Product Engineers to join our operations in Bangalore. 

Key Responsibilities

We require Engineers with experience in a Mechanical Manufacturing Industry with good exposure to implement production processes and procedures to meet our customer’s requirement.
You close together and with the general supervision of the responsible Manager, to ensure that the production targets are met on a monthly basis. 
The successful applicant will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following duties:

-    Review efficiency and eliminate waste within the manufacturing process to deliver products on time.
-    Comply with the Health, Safety and Environmental Policies and other policies of the Company.
-    Generating the necessary production and test documentation.
-    Improve manufacturing efficiency by analysing and planning workflow, equipment, component and other relevant requirements.
-    Support and lead continuous improvement, problem solving and process improvement activities.
-    Perform root cause analysis and resolve problems.
-    Lead and/or support technicians and trainee engineers, train people within own work group.
-    Be an effective team member, working with supervisor and colleagues to ensure smooth workflow with maximum output.

Requirements

In order to be successful in the application process, candidates must meet the following requirements: 

-    Minimum degree as D.M.E /B.E(Mech.Engg.) / B. 
-    Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role within Mechanical Manufacturing Industry
-    Good verbal and written communication skills
-    Strong interpersonal & analytical skills
-    Strong problem-solving skills and logical approach
-    Structured with ability to plan and prioritise activities to achieve goals
-    Knowledge of ISO documentation and ERP system will be an added advantage
